Minutes of PSA Meeting - 3 Feb 2025, 7.30 pm, Zoom

Present: Daniella Bowyer (Chair), Sally King (Treasurer), Bex Brown, Anna Barratt, Sarah Mountford, Jordana Charyk, Rebecca Badgett, Jo Ryan, Jo Thorpe (minute taker in absence of Secretary)

Treasurer Role

It was agreed that the role of Treasurer needs to be streamlined to make it more manageable and appealing to future volunteers. Jo Ryan agreed to look after the card readers and ensure that they are charged before events. Anna Barratt was voted in as the new Co-Treasurer. She was nominated by Bex Brown and the nomination was seconded by Daniella Bowyer.

Status update on the PSA Committee

Simon Rothenberg has resigned as Treasurer and should be removed from the PSA bank account. Sally King is the current Treasurer. Anna Barratt has been voted in as the new co-Treasurer and should be added to the bank account as an operator. Aggie has resigned as Chair of the PSA and Daniella Bowyer is now Chair. Sylvie Agenet holds the Secretary role on the committee and the current trustees are Sally King, Daniella Bowyer and Sylvie Agenet. They are listed on the Charity Commission website.

Cake sales

Jo Ryan has agreed to supervise the running of cake sales.

Quiz night update

Bex Brown confirmed that the quiz night on Friday 7th Feb has sold out.

Projects for fundraising

Sarah Mountford, who is a school governor, is due to meet with Bola to discuss projects that the PSA could potentially fund in the Infant and Junior Schools and will report back to the PSA on this.
