Purchase of additional car readers.
Agreed to buy 5 more readers, but Sally and Dani to monitor the Black Friday deals to see if we can get them at a reduced rate as we paid £49 last time and currently at £70.
Agreed the deadline for purchasing was 14th October 2025.
Update on finance forms
Agreed these are definitely essential for big ticket items but to further assess how smaller items are purchased in the future to increase transparency across the school community and reduce additional admin comms for committee and school eg playground improvements had very limited discussion lead times from school which made facilitating our Charity obligations to discuss and share with whole school community before agreeing - difficult for committee volunteers last minute and has happened previously with big funding requests.
Sally and Dani to look at the running costs that we agreed i.e. sports equipment, book bags, chicks, school trips those lots of items that are running costs every year so the treasurer etc can revisit the price, 6 month reviews.
Meeting with Dani, Jo and Brian to see what works better for the PSA and the school for financial/admin transparency because we also are mindful no one wants 50 bits of paper which will not assist school or psa effectively adminstratively or otherwise. Also to discuss with Bola to explore potential of opening out the forms to the teaching staff and that new ideas are welcome.
Discussed capping at anything exceeding £1k.
Meeting to be organised with Bola, Brian, Dani to find out what works and what doesn't.
‘How to’ Guides Update
Anna and Jo have had a pretty good look and have already started working their way through them. Jo to confirm if anything else required / help needed.
Anna and Jo to make the google driver accessible to all the committee members. Especially useful for event pricing for food and drink.
PSA Email addresses
Everyone to let Dani if they are using a PSA / Event email address including log in’s/ details on who is monitoring them so we can keep track of them.
Dani to see if any new ones are required i.e. a PSA fundraising one.
Allocation of task list
Everyone to email Jo if you are happy to take responsibility of anything on the task list and then she can put your name next to it.
If multiple names Jo / Dani can decide who would be most suitable or if multiples required.
Hayley to provide new members details to Dani.
Dani to contact new members to see what skills they have and what can be allocated to them.
Living Wall Update
Lucy supplied images and costings. PSA committee agreed to go ahead with ‘priority area’ planting.
Lucy to supply additional groundworks costs asap to be approved by the PSA.
£5k agreed to come from PSA funds and £5k to be raised through funding raising
Lucy confirmed plant day to be Saturday 15th November
Everyone agreed to the fundraising email to go out immediately and from the school initially.
Lucy to compose funding raising email and to send to Bola for approval and for school to send it.
PSA whatsapp and posters to follow.
Halloween Disco Update
All good and all in hand.
‘How to’ document being produced by Bex.
Bex to supply to Junior disco organises once completed.
Autumn Raffle Update

Rebecca and Dani to confirm dates of ticket sales and marketing plan.
Xmas Fair Update
‘How to’ document being put together by Anna who ran it last year.
Agreed we need to relook at Inflatable suppliers. Dani to revisit.
Dani to speak to Martin Gerald about marketing.
Anna and Dani to set up whats app for Year 5 before half term and brief them on organising the xmas fair.
Anna to speak to Year 6 parents re: BBQ. Anna to look into purchasing new BBQ in Black Friday sales if required - costs and size tbc.
Art Classroom Update
Bola positive on initial meeting with Holly, and Holly to confirm 2nd meeting date.
Rachael to visit Rhodes and St Michaels schools and to feedback to Holly.
Deadline confirmed for January
Fundraising and marketing to be delayed till after the Living Wall appeal.
Wreath Making Update
Event confirmed for the 27th November.
Bex and Holly to send out more details nearer the time.
Sylvie to apply for TENs license.
Forming a PSA Super Group with Campsbourne and Weston Park Schools
Bex to take the lead on this and report back.
